Am 8.-9. Dezember waren Prof. Dr. Alexander Tillmann und Michael Eichhorn zu Gast an der Fakultät für Organisation und Informatik (FOI) der Universität Zagreb in Varazdin. Dort fand das offizielle Kickoff-Meeting des iLed-Verbundprojekts statt, welches studiumdigitale gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen der FOI und der medizinischen Fakultät der Uni Zagreb sowie der britischen Open University und der Universität Oulu (Finnland) bearbeiten.
Das ERASMUS+ Projekt iLed – “Innovating Learning Design in Higher Education” zielt darauf ab, die digitale Bereitschaft, Widerstandsfähigkeit und Kapazität der Hochschulen durch den gezielten Einsatz innovativer digitaler Pädagogik mit Methoden des Learning Designs und speziellen digitalen Planungstools zu verbessern.
Auf dem zweitägigen Treffen stellten sich die Projektbeteiligten aus den verschiedenen Partner-Universitäten Gelegenheit vor und diskutierten ihre Rollen innerhalb der einzelnen Projektabschnitte und Arbeitspakete.
Auch mit der konkreten Projektarbeit wurde bereits begonnen: Ein erstes Arbeitspaket hat die Verbesserung des Lerndesign-Konzepts und des von der FOI entwickelten Tools “Balanced Learning Design Planning (BDP) zum Ziel. Dazu erörterten wir gemeinsam mit den Partnern das Forschungsprotokoll, welches die Grundlage bildet für die Evaluierung des BDP durch verschiedene Nutzer:innen-Gruppen in unterschiedlichen Bildungskontexten sowie für dessen weitere Entwicklung und Verbesserung.
Im Mai 2023 freuen wir uns auf den Besuch der iLed Partner:innen in Frankfurt, wo an der Goethe-Universität das nächste Projekttreffen stattfinden wird. Mehr Infos zum iLed Projekt, den Zielen, Forschungsfragen und Ergebnissen sind auf der Projekt-Homepage zu finden.

There, the official kickoff meeting of the iLed project took place, which studiumdigitale is working on together with colleagues from the FOI and the Medical Faculty of the University of Zagreb as well as the British Open University and the University of Oulu (Finland).

The ERASMUS+ project iLed – “Innovating Learning Design in Higher Education” aims to improve the digital readiness, resilience and capacity of higher education institutions through the targeted use of innovative digital pedagogy with learning design methods and specialized digital planning tools.
At the two-day meeting, project participants from the various partner universities introduced themselves to the opportunity and discussed their roles within the individual project sections and work packages.
Concrete project work has also already begun: A first work package aims at improving the learning design concept and the tool “Balanced Learning Design Planning (BDP)” developed by FOI. To this end, we discussed with the partners the research protocol that will form the basis for the evaluation of the BDP by different user:groups in different educational contexts and for its further development and improvement.
In May 2023, we are looking forward to the visit of the iLed partners in Frankfurt, where the next project meeting will take place at Goethe University. More information about the iLed project, its goals, research questions and results can be found on the project homepage.
